General Policies

If the item you select is in stock, it will be shipped the following business day. If not, we usually ship within 7 business days. If there is a further delay, we will notify you.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express

You can also pay by check:
1. Print the order form.
2. Write your check for the total charge amount in US dollars payable to The Jewelry Horse, Inc.
3. Mail your order form and check to the following address:

4. As soon as your check clears, your merchandise will be shipped to you.

All items are shipped in an elegant gift box.
For an additional fee of $3.00 per item, we will gift wrap for you.

For shipping to P.O. Boxes, we will ship USPS.
Appropriate shipping charges will be added for higher value merchandise insurance.

Return Policies


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, the merchandise can be returned in its original condition (free of scratches, missing stones, marks, etc.) along with its original packaging within 7 business days. SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE. Return insured and pre-paid U.S. mail to:
